VINIFICATION
Fermentation in 320-liter terracotta amphorae, with a slow fermentation process in contact with the skins, followed by aging.

ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES:
Fresh and aromatic wine with notes of red fruits such as currant, strawberry, and raspberry, with delicate spicy nuances.

- Minimum alcohol content: 12% vol;
- Serving temperature: 15° – 17° C;
