Vinification:
In 320-liter terracotta amphorae, a slow fermentation occurs with skin contact, followed by aging.

Organoleptic notes:
Antique pink color. The amphora adds complexity to the nose with smoky sensations and delicate peach notes. Mineral and persistent taste.

- Serving temperature: 13° – 15° C;
