GRAPE VARIETY: Pavana

VINIFICATION
Fermentation with brief maceration in 320-liter terracotta amphorae.
After being separated from the skins, it stays in the amphora until disgorging, followed by bottling and re-fermentation. ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES Pink color. On the nose, there are predominant notes of small red fruits with a tart and playful palate. Excellent as an aperitif.
