VINIFICATION
In terracotta amphoras of 320 liters, slow fermentation occurs in contact with the skins followed by aging.
ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES

The amphora adds complexity to the nose with smoky sensations. Soft palate, thanks to the natural micro-oxygenation of terracotta. Very powerful in the mouth. Aromas of red fruit.
