GRAPE VARIETY: Chardonnay

VINIFICATION
Fermentation with short maceration in terracotta amphoras of 320 liters. After being separated from the skins, it remains in the amphora until tirage, followed by a long aging on the lees for at least 36 months.
Disgorgement and manual bottling.

ORGANOLEPTIC NOTES
Yellow color with golden reflections.
The nose is dominated by citrus and bread crust with hints of white chocolate.
On the palate, it is elegant and savory. Fine and persistent perlage.
